I recently used a home renovation service from this company and my experience was average. The website was user-friendly and their initial response to my inquiry was prompt. However, the communication during the project could have been better, as I often had to follow up to get updates. The work itself was satisfactory, but I felt that more attention to detail could have been given. The pricing was fair, but I believe that better transparency on costs would have been appreciated. Overall, while the end result met my expectations, I believe that there is room for improvement in terms of customer communication and transparency.
