I recently hired a structural engineering firm for a project, and I must say I was impressed with the level of technical expertise and professionalism displayed by the team. However, I did encounter some delays in receiving project updates, which was a bit frustrating. 🏗️ The communication could have been more proactive, and the overall experience felt a bit impersonal.
