These guys cold called me one day to get me to purchase their recruiting services. (They are over 200 miles away from my business) I gave them my email, they emailed me their agreement and rates. I declined their services.
Now they won't stop spamming me. I have asked them repeatedly to stop spamming me, yet they continue to do so. Beware of this outfit.
