I recently booked a vacation rental with (Sunset Shores Inc) through their website. The location was stunning 🌅, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. However, the customer service was a bit lacking, as it took a while to get a response to my inquiries. Additionally, the amenities advertised on the website were not fully available during my stay. Overall, the experience was average. The beautiful scenery somewhat made up for the shortcomings, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and fulfilling the promised amenities. If those aspects were addressed, it could have been a much better experience.
