I recently used a real estate service and found the experience to be average. The website was well-organized and easy to navigate, but I felt that the customer service could have been more responsive. The agent I worked with was knowledgeable but lacked enthusiasm, which made the process feel less personalized. Additionally, the listing information provided on the website was helpful, but I would have appreciated more detailed descriptions and photos of the properties. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there's room for improvement in terms of customer engagement and attention to detail.
