I had an overall average experience with Vertex international services. The service provided was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website vertexbh.com was user-friendly and easy to navigate. The customer support team was responsive and helpful. However, the delivery of the product took longer than expected. I would rate my experience as average.
