Being a regular customer of Pavilion Publishing, Brighton for a long time, I must say their service has been consistently average. The quality of their products could be improved, and sometimes their customer support can be slow to respond. However, they do offer a good range of products. Overall, I would say they are an okay company with room for improvement.
