Terrible service. Terrible communication. I went in expecting to just get information about buying a car in my price range as a first time buyer, knowing my credit score would allow me to get a good car with no down payment. The rep ran only one of the three credit bureaus and told me I didn t qualify. When I addressed him he apologized and ran all three credit bureaus SIX TIMES for a loan. Not only did this lower my credit score and place hard inquiries on my credit report which stays on for about 2 years, I also am unable to get a car anytime soon with no down payment because of the damage they did. Two days later he told me he had a car for me his secretary was trying to rush me and pressure me into signing for it, however it was $150 out my price range for monthly payments. These people are shady crooks! I will not recommend them.
