I've been living at Quận Long Biên for a few months now and I have to say, I'm impressed. The building is well-maintained and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself is spacious and modern, with all the amenities I need. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience here and would highly recommend Quận Long Biên to others!
