The service provided by Strato-ip is average. I have been using their services for a few months now and I haven't encountered any major issues. However, there are some areas where they could definitely improve. The user interface is not very intuitive and it took me some time to figure out how to navigate it. Additionally, the customer support could be more responsive. Overall, it's an okay service, but there are definitely better options out there.
