I have never left anything less than a five star review. However, my experience with Besse Medical has been horrendous. Their customer service is the worst! They make accusations, don t return emails or phone calls, and will shut your account down without warning or notice. I have talked with many staff members and only one has been apologetic and helpful. I am highly disappointed by their lack of professionalism. Plain and simple, they are extremely rude, argumentative, and condescending and could use a serious lesson in civility. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your medical supply needs.

For the record, Besse is a third-party vendor, so their prices are much higher and they are often out of supplies. I suggest establishing an account with a company such as Medline, who, in my experience, is quite knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They are a global manufacturer and distributor - prices are much cheaper and I haven t had and any issues with supplies being on backorder.
