My husband and I had the wonderful pleasure in experiencing what it was like to work with the Minmaxx Realty team. We have been looking for a home for three years and we knew what we wanted and had specific wants and needs and was looking in a specific pocket in Milton. So getting a real estate agent would of been hopeless till we saw what we wanted. So in September we came across that house, we scheduled an appointment to view the house, and that is when we meet Omer Malik. We loved the house instantly and wanted it, we told Omer that we had no agent and that we were interested. Later that night he came to our house and sat down with us and addressed our concerns about Omer representing both us and the sellers. He thoroughly explained the whole buying process to my husband who never dealt with a real estate agent. That night we made an offer and the next day the house was ours. His next task was to sell our house, he again sat down with us and showed us all the house that were comparable and was very knowledgeable about the market and had a remarkable memory of what prior houses like ours sold for years back. In 4 days we had over 20 people come through our house and it sold in 4 days at record price!! Omer and the Minmaxx team are excellent Lucy was very helpful with her staging ideas even though she didn't seem to agree with some of my decisions she understood and was very professional , the office ladies are incredible as well. There was times I was pulling out my hair with the appointments and having a 6 and 3 year old that I had to constantly get out with was difficult. They understood and was very encouraging and supportive. I have no intentions of moving again but if I do I will defiantly deal with Omer and the Minmaxx team. They truly squash any misconceptions you may have about real estate agents!
