I had mixed feelings about Projectiles. While their products are good and the overall experience was satisfactory, I had some difficulties with the customer service. It took them longer than expected to resolve my issue, which was a bit frustrating. Nevertheless, their website is easy to use and the prices are fair. I hope they work on improving their customer support.
