Company does a shutdown in summer and winter, you ...

Company does a shutdown in summer and winter, you will most likely be a temp for more than 4 months, and they do a hair test to hire in. Job is easy, good people to work with, but they never give raises. Feel bad for their employees who've been working there 10+ years who don't make more than $2 more than temps being brought in.
Also you get two 8 minute breaks and one 15 minute break. Way too short
