Just called to ask for location..man picked up the phone laughing and talking loudly to a co worker before addressing me and just said hello? No business etiquette at all. I thought I was calling someone s home. I asked for the address he said merrick Blvd..I said where? On the planet rumulack? He missed the sarcasm..not to bright huh? Everyone who calls u does not live in the neighborhood or city ur in. I just wanted to have a book delivered there...changed my mind 4get it...
