Picnic Time, Inc provides an average level of service. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing exceptional. The prices are reasonable, and they have a good variety of picnic accessories to choose from. However, the customer service could use some improvement as they were not very responsive to my inquiries. Overall, it's an okay experience.
