We have been working with Donna Pearson for about 8 years now, and we have always been very satisfied with everything that she has done for us. She has found the right fit for our business needs and that is a big deal when you run a small business. Recently, we had a driver involved in a no fault accident and being that this was our first time being involved with anything of this nature, the process was difficult to say the least. Our insurance company had skyrocketed our premium shockingly high without notification. Naturally we spent about an hour on hold, and spent the next hour or so being transferred back and forth between departments, all claiming that it was up to someone else to explain to us the reasoning for the new price. Afterwards we were left with no answers and no solutions. We called Donna up right after and she started by first explaining to us why we were seeing such a rise. She then told us she would look into the situation further on our behalf. Shortly after, she calls us back and not only solved the issue, and actually lowered the premium below the original price! It really helps to have someone in your corner, and we cannot explain how grateful we are for Donna. Donna has been incredibly patient with us during this whole stressful ordeal and such a positive person to talk with to help us make sense of everything. We cannot thank you enough Donna!
