GREAT place to work. Pay could be better, as starting range is 10-14 for fabricators, and room for promotions within 6 months. I would gladly go back. Very good employers. They are very understanding of most any situation. Hours are pretty good as well. Usual schedule is (4) 10 hour days, with overtime available on occasion. Welding with flux .45 wire. Weld test is 4g. Welder 2 test is 1inch bevel plate 3g.
