I had a mixed experience with Imap Centre Limited. While the website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information, the customer service could have been better. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive at times. However, when my issue was finally resolved, I was satisfied with the outcome. Overall, an average experience.
