I have been all around North America and I have been to many Harley Dealers. I am very sad to say that my home town Harley dealer has the worst attitude towards customers I've ever dealt with at an HD dealer. HD Ottawa is not doing the Harley brand justice. For example, I walk in this morning at 8:45am looking for parts. I figure since service is open parts would perhaps be open. I walk into the service area and ask about parts, the balding guy with a beard behind the counter doesn't even look up and says with disdain, "Nine O'Clock". Nice. If I were in an HD dealer that followed simple customer service principles I would have at least gotten a "What do you need, let me see what I can do" approach. My example is one of many I can site... I'll give you a hint guys, just because you have the HD Franchise in Ottawa doesn't mean I must use you. Act like you care about getting my business.
