As a CUSTOMER, I have a fairly average E2 outlook experience. The company website, e2outlook.com, is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I expected more from their customer service. It took them a while to respond to my queries, and their solutions were not always satisfactory. Overall, the company is okay, but there is room for improvement.
