I have had a mixed experience with Mtrix. On one hand, their products are of high quality and the prices are reasonable. On the other hand, their customer service can be quite frustrating. It takes a long time to get a response from them, and when you do, it's not always helpful. However, overall I would say my experience with Mtrix has been positive.
