I bought the interchange plus sales pitch but ended up 3.9% over the term of a year. If you are new, this is really bad. I called to cancel the account and they proceeded with the upsell and I politely passed, then put me on hold for 15 minutes, then finally came back said they someone would call me back later to process the cancellation. The last thing you want to do after offering poor service and screwing a customer on a rate is tell them they can't cancel their account without waiting for a callback from a "closer". You can get 2.9% from stripe, why would anyone sign with paylinedata and lose an entire percent? Sadly, I did.
