Full disclosure...I am a new employee at ETW, but as someone who is following the methodology and using the platform every day I have to say how much it has positively impacted my work. I always know exactly what I'm doing and where I stand. All of my projects directly align to the organization's strategy and as a team we break each project down into actionable tasks. I've even started applying the systems we use to my personal life. And, for the first time in my career, I'm part of productive meetings instead of snoozefests (I DIDN'T KNOW THIS WAS POSSIBLE?!). Honestly, I'm doing the best work I've ever done and I've learned so much from the ETW team!
