The service provided by Metropolitan Appraisals INC was average. I was hoping for a better experience considering the positive reviews I had read online. Unfortunately, my appraisal took longer than expected and I had to follow up multiple times to get the final report. The quality of the appraisal was satisfactory but nothing exceptional.
