I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate Prox mx as average. The overall experience was okay, but there were some issues that need improvement. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. I had to wait quite a while for a response to my inquiry. Additionally, the product I purchased did not meet my expectations. It was advertised as high-quality, but it was actually quite flimsy. I hope Prox mx takes these feedbacks into consideration and works on improving their products and customer service.
