Well they got me. I bought the package. You have 30 days to return it. After 3 weeks I called because I hadn't received any letter in the mail.. they "verified" my address and since they had the right address on file they told me I probably just over looked it in the mail. Which would probably work on anybody else but I'm a business owner and I got thru every piece of mail, not to mention I was waiting to receive this letter from them. They said they would resend the letter and I'm already over this unprofessionalizm so I asked to speak to the supervisor.. he got on the phone with a TON of attitude. Told me I had thrown the letter away it happens all the time..I asked for a refund but they can't give you a refund without you sending the package back... the package that I never received in the first place. So I said well send me another so I can send the dang thing right back and he informed me it would be past 30 days at that point.. BAM. I've never been scammed before, so I was just in shock at how I got played and the rude supervisor was cherry on top
