Xi Yan Yum Cha - The food is 8/10 so that part is fine.
BUT the service is atrocious! One lady with a trolley who doesn t understand the most basic English. Very inattentive staff and a very narrow selection of food that we had to wait ages for.
If you fix the service it would be a great experience because the food is good.
