My experience with Jo Ann Sims was decent. The services provided were satisfactory and the staff was friendly. However, I found the website to be a bit outdated and difficult to navigate. The prices were also slightly higher compared to other tax service providers. Overall, I would consider using their services again but hope to see improvements in their online platform.
