Ordered a ribeye, medium, and it was burnt all ove...

Ordered a ribeye, medium, and it was burnt all over one side. Had steak fries as a side.. not like any steak fries I have ever had. They were 1 potato, quartered length ways, and then cooked to the point that the skin was burnt to a crisp.
