I recently had my website designed by a web development company. I did consider Met technology limited as an option, but after doing some research, I decided to go with another company. I have seen some of Met technology limited's previous work, and it does look good, but I felt that the other company's portfolio aligned more with my vision. I cannot comment on Met technology limited's services as I did not use them, but from what I have seen, they seem to be a reliable option for web design.
