I recently used Store-a-tooth for the first time and I had a fairly average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the process of storing my child's teeth was straightforward. However, I felt that the customer service could have been more responsive and there was a bit of a delay in receiving the storage kit. Overall, it was an average experience.
