I live close by and had trouble with my son's car seat. They put it in correctly for me and were so kind. I felt embarrassed to need help but they were absolutely sympathetic and nice about it.

Earlier this year, I also needed their ambulance services for when my son had a seizure. They got to my house in less than 4 minutes and took control right away. They helped him and kept me calm. They went all the way in the hospital and did not leave us until the doctor and nurses were there to take over.

It is comforting knowing helpful, kind people are that close by in the event of emergency.
