Review of Hotel Grand Star

Good location.

Good location.
Staff rude, not friendly at all and not authentic, they took extra money without refund back, no water, kettle or tissue in the room, heating system doesn't work, breakfast not so good, no place to keep luggage safely, wifi is slow ... it's not recommended to stay there and i advise not to buy tours from the hotel.
