I must say, American Airlines Credit Union has been quite disappointing. Their customer service hasn't been up to par, and their website is outdated and difficult to navigate. I've had issues with their mobile banking app as well. While their rates may be competitive, I don't think the overall experience is worth it. I would not recommend this credit union.
