I recently visited the Joliet city center partnership and I must say it was an average experience. The website jolietdowntown.com provided plenty of information about the company and their services. However, I felt that the overall atmosphere was lacking. The customer service was adequate, but nothing exceptional. I expected more from such a well-known company. Overall, it was an average experience.
