I have been a customer of Greenwood and Associates for several years now and I must say, their service is average. While they do a decent job at what they do, there is definitely room for improvement. The staff is friendly and helpful, but they often seem overwhelmed and understaffed, resulting in longer wait times. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
