I have been using Travel stories for my vacations for the past few years and I must say, their service is average. The website is user-friendly and they have a decent range of destinations to choose from. However, I have often faced issues with their customer support team. The response time is slow and they are not very helpful in resolving queries. Overall, I would rate my experience with Travel stories as average.
