I had a mixed experience with Modec. While some aspects of their service were great, I found their customer support to be lacking. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was seamless. However, when I had a question about my order, it took multiple attempts to get a response from their customer support team. Overall, I would rate Modec as average.
