The self-defence workshop at Streetsmarts was a great experience. The instructors were friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. They taught us practical techniques that I believe anyone can use to protect themselves. I appreciate their focus on real-life situations rather than just theory. It was well worth the investment of time and money to attend this workshop.
