I had an average experience with RMG Accounting Pty Ltd. While their services were sufficient and they processed my tax returns promptly, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which made the overall experience less than pleasant. However, they did get the job done, so I can't complain too much.
