I recently had the opportunity to interact with the Ohio Association of Community Action Agencies (OACAA), and I must say that my experience was less than satisfactory. Their website lacks user-friendliness, making it difficult to navigate and find relevant information. Additionally, their response time to inquiries is disappointingly slow, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. While I appreciate their efforts in assisting the community, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of their online presence and customer service. Overall, I hope OACAA takes the necessary steps to enhance their effectiveness and responsiveness.
