I have called this company on 3 different ocassion...

I have called this company on 3 different ocassions to set up the transport of vehicles. All 3 times I have been told they are "not sure" if they are going that way. All 3 times I was told they would call me back and never did so. I think most would agree that is very poor customer service. Even if they could not do the job they should still call the customer back to let them know they are unable to do the work.
