Big praise and a heartfelt “THANK YOU” to the city of Horstmar and its employees. I've been a citizen of the city of Horstmar for over 6 years now and I feel at home here. All previous contacts with the city and its individual departments have been competent, fair and satisfactory. The various clerks presented themselves as friendly, nice and helpful with all inquiries. Decisions that ranged between "rejection" and "acceptance" were always positively decided!
