Beware if you get a Groupon or even an online pass...

Beware if you get a Groupon or even an online pass you are not guaranteed to get in. I bought a package deal for my family and we drove over an hour to get to water park on a TUESDAY. Mind you that their website does not mention that they are "first come first serve" to get in to water park. We waited at the counter for 2 hours to maintain our spot in line only to be told that they still didn't have any passes available. That they were still at maximum capacity (which they didn't even know the number of). So we left and called ahead a few days later to reserve passes so we wouldn't be wasting our time again, and were told that they can't do reservations on passes; it's their policy.

I'm sorry, but driving over an hour to go somewhere and wasting half a day waiting only to be told that's how it is going to be regardless is really inconsiderate of those who are wanting to do just a day pass, especially if they have family in from different states.
