We have worked with Status Solutions for years and have yet to have a good experience with them. The software they use is just as flawed in design as it is in practice.Their support team is awful, even when you pay them an arm and a leg to assist you. They have one person working in the entire region. He knows what he's doing, but we literally always wait about a week to hear back from him, both in phone calls and emails. They will often hire a middle-man company to support their systems, and they absolutely go with the lowest bidder. The median companies are rage-inducing they are so terrible. We are essentially stuck working with Status Solutions, considering how much money we've invested in the systems they build. If you are considering to do the same, I strongly urge you to reconsider.
