Not a great experience. I went to them because of all the great reviews. Big mistake.
The first issue was that I had been running with one domain, but wanted to add another, which my plan allows. I wasn't sure how to do that and called support. The agent thought about it for a while, and said, "uh, yeah, I'm pretty sure I know how to do that. Let me put you on hold while I think about what to do". So, I hung up and called a supervisor. Who resolved it in 10 seconds. That seemed like a very basic support question. "How do I add a second domain to my account". And not knowing is okay. But for a support rep to tell a client "um, I think I can do that" is unbelievable. All faith in their company's support went in that one minute.
And now, as I'm starting to use the service, I find that I get all outbound emails coming from my domain saying they are from an unsecured source. I sent in a ticket. I got a reply that said basically that was a fact of their spam server, and if I wanted to fix it I either had to pay them 50 cents a month maintenance fee to be white-listed or upgrade my account. That fee is because it is "so much work for them to maintain it" So I called billing to cancel my account. I got a voice mail that said billing doesn't take phone calls, and I should put in a ticket. I put in a ticket to cancel my service, and got a reply back quickly that said, "sorry! We'll white-list you for free! Don't go". I'm still going. They are very nice. And I'm sure a lot of people have great experience. However, I have decided not to trust my business and livelihood to their system.
