I had a so-so experience with FRAMER JOHNS. While the quality of their work was decent, there were some issues with the communication and delivery of my order. The final product was satisfactory, but it didn't meet my initial expectations. I think there is room for improvement in their customer service department. I may consider trying a different framing company next time.
