Mobilizing institutional investors to develop Africa's infrastructure (MIDA) is doing an average job. They have made some progress in promoting infrastructure development in Africa, but there's still a long way to go. The organization needs to work on improving its efficiency and transparency to truly make a significant impact. Overall, I would rate MIDA as average.
