I recently purchased some products from Elken sdn bhd and I have to say that my experience was average. The customer service was okay, but nothing exceptional. The products themselves were of decent quality, but I wouldn't say they were anything special. Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase, but I wasn't blown away. I may consider buying from them again in the future, but I would also explore other options.
